Organizational intelligence

Understand the mind of your organization.

Ceribria reads the signals your company already produces — tenure, structure, leadership, pay — and calculates an EmployerScore from them, with team-by-team turnover risk to act on.

01The unseen organization

Every organization has a mind. Few can read it.

Candidates are examined exhaustively. The organizations they join are barely examined at all — even by the people who run them.

01

No standard of verification

No equivalent of a background check exists for employers. Reputation fills the gap — and reputation is easily managed.

02

Turnover, unseen

High-turnover roles are rarely disclosed before an offer is accepted — and rarely noticed inside until people are already leaving.

03

Opacity has a price

Every mismatch born of what nobody could see costs both sides — in hiring spend, in lost time, in trust.

02The anatomy of an EmployerScore

Four dimensions, read the way a mind is read.

Point to any region. Each is a faculty of the organization that Ceribria measures — together they resolve into one score, from 0 to 100.

Manager Quality

about 35% of the overall score

The brain's executive centre plans, decides, and directs. In an organization that role belongs to its managers — Ceribria reads how many people each one leads, and how many of them stay.

Reads

Span of control and attrition under each manager.

03Method

How Ceribria thinks.

From raw roster to a clear read — the same path a signal takes through a mind.

01Perceive

Your roster, read as it is

Upload your HRIS export — any columns, any order. It's mapped, cleaned, and structured automatically: no surveys, no manual entry.

02Interpret

Four dimensions, one score

The signals resolve into an EmployerScore from 0 to 100, recalculated every time your roster changes.

03Assess

Risk, team by team

The Retention Engine scores each team's turnover risk and manager stability — and, at greater depth, burnout and fragility.

04Act

Guidance for managers

Stability Actions tell managers what to do next, and an alert flags a team whose risk jumps between updates.

04Retention Engine

Know where to look first.

The engine scores every team's risk from the signals already in your roster — and tells managers what to do about it.

How is the engine priced?

(The base rate for your company's size + $5.25 per employee surveyed) × your tier's multiplier, the per-person rate rounded to the cent — one monthly price for the company.

Your tier is the depth you choose: Cortex ×1.00, Limbic ×1.25, Neocortex ×1.55.

Your size is counted in active employees. The base rate steps up at 51, 251, and 1,001 employees, and follows your headcount at your next renewal — never mid-period.
